Orren Peled has been Chief Executive Officer of Peldec Decision Systems since founding the Company in 1990. Mr. Peled is a seasoned manager, with sixteen years of experience in designing, developing and marketing systems for the financial services sector. Prior to founding Peldec Decision Systems, Mr. Peled was a Systems Analyst and Consultant at the Industrial Development Bank of Israel. Mr. Peled holds a BSc in Engineering from the Imperial College of Science and Technology, London University and an MBA from INSEAD, Fontainebleau, France.

Yaron Lavie joined Peldec Decision Systems in 2003. Mr. Lavie oversees Peldec's international marketing and business development activities. Mr. Lavie has several years of experience in marketing and business development and has successfully brought complex software products to international markets. Mr. Lavie holds a BSc in Mathematics and Physics from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem and an MBA in Finance from Tel Aviv University. He is a graduate of the prestigious Talpiot program of the IDF.

Ronen Mataraso joined Peldec Decision Systems in 1991. Mr. Mataraso is an experienced technological leader, with expertise spanning several technological fields. Mr. Mataraso has lead the conceptual design and the development of all of Peldec's solutions. He is intimately familiar with the architectures of complex banking systems and is highly acquainted with many programming environments and technological platforms.

Steven Lang joined Peldec Decision Systems in 2004. Mr. Lang oversees Peldec's international sales and marketing activities in Europe, Africa and Asia. Steven Lang joined Peldec Decision Systems in May 2004. Mr. Lang has fourteen years of experience in financial analysis, project management, software development and enterprise software sales with IBM, CAD Rechenzentrum AG and Roche Pharmaceuticals. Mr. Lang holds a BSc in physics from the University of Toronto, Canada and an MBA from INSEAD, Fontainebleau, France. He is fluent in several European languages.

Yair Peled joined Peldec Decision Systems in 1995. As Director of Operations, Mr. Peled oversees Peldec's ongoing business operations and finance. Prior to joining Peldec Decision Systems, Mr. Peled spent over seven years as a programmer and systems analyst in multinational corporations. Mr. Peled holds an MSc in Computer Science from the London School of Economics and a BA in Political Science and Sociology from Haifa University.
