Peldec Releases Next Version of Its Financial Statements Analysis Software, Featuring Financial Projections and Automatic Consolidations

New York, NY - April 10, 2006 -- Peldec Decision Systems Ltd today announced version 5 of ProFin, a major upgrade to its financial statements management and analysis software. This latest version supports improved usability and incorporates a number of advanced financial statements analysis tools. New analysis features include financial projections that enable credit analysts to project a company's future financial statements by taking into account current and previous financial statements and applying analyst-defined projected scenarios. In addition, ProFin now enables analysts to automatically determine the financial statements of a group of companies by automatically consolidating the statements of all group members.

Version 5 of ProFin is available immediately. Customer implementations of this version are scheduled for completion during the second quarter of 2006.
